I don't know about the fritters but Buller is right up there as king of the whitebait, at least when I played for the Sub-Union.

Agree 100% Why cant Auckland and all their crony supporters, acknowledge it? They simply fucked up.

Sadly your view is your view which simply follows the line.......give Auckland whatever they want and to hell with everything else... the Pattern of Racing, tradition, the Seasons etc etc. Thank God the 1000 and 2000 Guineas are still being run a Riccarton. Look what they have done to the the Wellington Cup Carnival. I don't need to go on, but racing will go on with or without Ellerslie.

Are you Leggy/Curious in drag? I thought that you had thrown you toys out of the cot and gone anyway. What gives?

Hesi, I was wasting a bit of time reading older threads and came across this posting of yours. As you have the ability to, can you edit it by removing the word wonderful? ๐Ÿ˜‚

Whilst in general I agree with you, I donโ€™t think that there is too much of a risk trialling on Monday so long as the rail is in the innermost position. After all, that part of the track has been used of late without any problems. In fact I have even recommended that my friends take their filly there to trial on Monday.
  10. Beautifully handled too
  11. Race 1: 2, 7, 8 Race 2: 3, 7, 12 Race 3: 2, 3, 5 Race 4: 3, 4, 5 Race 5: 1, 5, 6 Race 6: 2, 8, 9 BB Race 7: 6, 10, 14 BB Race 8: 3, 9, 10 Race 9: 2 3, 5 Thanks from a galloping man. Hopefully the rain stays away and doesn't spoil the party. P.S. I cant believe I have only picked a horse drawn one on a front runners track, that is almost certainly to be, rain effected. Maybe I should simply put a dollar on all of them!

This is what Liz asked over on Race Cafe Where has Bruce Sharrock gone too? He's the boss but never has anything to say. Even the few "news releases" appear to be written by Darin Balcombe from what I can see. Just wondering. Maybe Hesi and her are secretly talking!

https://www.nzherald.co.nz/nz/intense-weather-ahead-tasman-rain-maker-due-to-douse-new-zealand/J755B76XPRBMZJNCXD2WZIAWMQ/ I doubt Foxton will even get 100mm out of this.

Someone must have accidentally pointed your irrigation in the direction of your (Foxton) rain gauge. Arenโ€™t you now based in Rangiora?

Curious, you are doing it to me again......... Levin is 12 minutes down the road and the official Rainfall for there for the last 30 days is 29.4 mm. [One whole month] Yet you are trying to tell me that Foxton has had 116mm in the last 8 days! I haven't read about any localized weather bomb hitting Flaxtown, have you?

Are you serious? Are you saying that there has been 116 mils of rain this month, That is in the last 8 days? I don't believe you! Yes, I do expect that the track will improve overnight to a G4, but it is S5 today. Lovely day here on the Kapiti Coast hence my agreement with you about an improvement for tomorrow.

Ellerslie will, there is no doubt. The new Awapuni track not so well, as it's not a StrathAyr track. It is simply a standard track with better drainage, sand slitting and a sand carpet like Te Rapa. Foxton not a hope as there are other factors at play. We have hardly had any rain for weeks yet Foxton is soft for tomorrows trials. Whilst I love my horses trialing there, Leggy/Curious and mates have created the biggest myth in racing around Foxton. ๐Ÿ˜„

Curious, so you are a Christโ€™s boy?
  20. I wouldn't admit to even thinking about drinking a Starbucks coffee, that's how bad they are, at least in America, and because of that, if there are Starbucks sites in NZ, I don't know where they are and nor do I care. Yes that sentence is too long and a lot of woffle you could say. Maybe I caught it from the NZTR news releases about faulty tracks.
  21. Gone thank god and the site is 500% better for it.
