It was my fault folks… I have been making good money off anyone playing the Warriors this last decade and made the fatal mistake of putting $$$ on the Warriors this week. I won’t fall for that one again in the next decade !

It does worry me that they are so thick, they will continue down the Diverse Equity Inclusion route until they switch off for the last time, in the rapidly closing future. What happened to investigative reporting? -
Spot on Alan. Labour and the other activists had everything in place and forgot only one important thing… the silent majority. They found out on election day! TVNZ and Newshub are finding out via advertising revenue.

We used to watch the 6 o’clock news every night since… forever. I can’t remember the actual night, I think it was sometime in one of the covid lockdowns, that I said to my wife “why are we watching this rubbish”. We switched to Newshub for a couple of days. Same message, different reporters. Then no more news at 6. I will watch it one more time in the future, the night Simon Dallow announces their final news broadcast, in Te Reo of course.

Sad isn’t it. For the best part of a century Avondale racecourse was covered in sports fields (11x rugby fields from memory) with thousands using it every week and other sports like touch football in the evenings. Now it looks destined to be a sea of low cost townhouses crammed together in an otherwise nothing suburb. Progress ??

A thesaurus is needed by PJ. Anyone living near him rush it over please. In the last couple of days we have had … “Geoff rolled by Rees.” “LB cracks on past Geoff.” Where the terms “edges past” and “squeaks by” would have been perfectly adequate 🤔

Try being a 50m/100m sort of 400m runner and you go to your older brother for advice on running your first 400m race… ”Just go hard as you can all the way” ! Suffice to say the last 50m of my first (and last) 400m race was not pretty! 😬

18 horse fields, all of 25-0-0-0 form, on grass? Sounds like a challenge only harness fans could dream up. PJ will probably throw in more from Outer Mongolia… or was that Tasmania ? What could possibly go wrong?
