This dude stops at an automatic hair cutting machine, puts his dollar coin in the slot, sticks his head in the orifice and when he pulls it out he is very unhappy because he has a cut similar to a sharpened pencil with a few tufts of hair at the top. Very disgruntled, he gets the address of the machines maker, goes along and knocks on the door to go in and complain.
