The sort of story that the salacious media have a feeding frenzy off every sordid detail they can, then wonder why people turn off.  Reminiscent of less scrupulous publications like The Truth

I honestly don't know, however this guy was a respected person in the community & with that comes some level of responsibility & I think he failed to live up to that.

It will be very interesting to see what the Jury make of it as I can see both sides of this.

A 6f-3m split on the jury(according to the Herald). From what I have read of this case after 4weeks, the prosecutions evidence  seems circumstantial. I presume they will be playing the Trump card this week or they could get taken to the cleaners! Surely  the pathologists report and crime scene detail is key to this case for both sides of the court.
