Round 6 is upon us and again an alternative NZ meeting has been put forward in case New Plymouth is abandoned although it is forecast to stop raining in the 'Naki on Friday. A revitalized Usain Colt take on the high-revving MX5 while Crazy Horse seek to find some form - any form - against the hot running Hot Toddys outfit. While Lowdown seek a reset against a cellar-dwelling Piko crew who are sure to have the hard word put on them by Captain Howie this week. The Kotare Chief-like Roland's Roughnecks (longshots and bolting) will choose a couple of victims at their leisure for their Bye round. Clash of the Week ? quite likely to be the Battle of the Capitanos - Max against Ian - in the Usain Colt vs MX5 showdown .....

If New Plymouth is abandoned before race 2 then ALL the Te Rapa races below will be used for the NZ leg. If New Plymouth is abandoned at any stage after the comp has commenced then the substitute/alternative races at Te Rapa will simply come in to replace the corresponding New Plymouth race. In other words if New Plymouth is abandoned after race 3 (comp race #1) then comp race 2 will become 2a which is Te Rapa race 3, and so on...
