Either Woodham said yes and ignored the conflict of interest and just went with self interes instead t or the Handicapper didn't follow protocol and just let the race take place without telling the CEO. Somebody needs to front up in harness racing and take control of the bullshit going on. It is a shame there is no dedicated investigative journalist in harness because they would have a field day.
