Maximus Posted November 16, 2019 Share Posted November 16, 2019 PAMIR - Declared a late scratching at 4.00 pm by order of the Stewards after trainer J Luxton had been observed to be administering a substance to the mare by way of oral syringe in the saddling area of the racecourse. Prior to the scratching being actioned a request for a ruling had been lodged with the Judicial Committee who confirmed the decision of the Stipendiary Stewards.
