Maximus Posted July 7, 2022 Share Posted July 7, 2022 (edited) Williams back in the saddle Craig Williams is set to return to the saddle this weekend for the rst time in a month after his latest humanitarian mission to Ukraine. e 45-year-old was last seen in action on Stradbroke Handicap Day at Eagle Farm on June 11 where he rode Charmmebaby (Charm Spirit) to victory in the Wayne Wilson Stakes (Listed, 1600m). Since then, Williams and his Ukrainian-born wife Larysa have helped deliver over 1000 kilograms of rst-aid and survival trauma kits to the war-ridden country. Williams currently sits in fth placing on the Victorian Jockeys Premiership with 42 metropolitan winners and will be looking to add to that on Saturday with six rides at Cauleld, including last-start winner Designer Chef (Master Of Design) as well as Outlaws Revenge (Reward For Eort) in the feature Sir John Monash Stakes (Gr 3, 1100m).
