Well done S.S. I just couldn’t quite catch you in the last even with a bb.
Happy new year my Raceplace family, let’s do it all again next year.
Thanks P.J.

Another missed opportunity to win the day. Seems there is always someone better.
I am due for a bad day, which will probably be tomorrow.
Sorry Alan, I just had a fraction better luck than you today.

Oh wow . . . between 1989 and 1999 !
Those were good days at the athletics club, Gordy.
I look back on them with much fondness.
What a small world it is, Gordy. 🙂After you left the club struggled for a few years. Do you remember a 6 year old who used to win all his races by a big margin who later on played for the wallabies, one James O’Connor.

Have been to Hobart, though.
Won the Tasmanian Senior Mens 400m athletics championship title in 1983 as a visiting athlete from Auckland.
Stayed at the hotel where the casino is.
Nice place, but never went back. 🙂I thought it was you Howie. I remember when you were the coordinator of the kids division for the Waitakere City athletics club. I used to parent help with some of the events on Tuesday club night.

By the law of averages it has to be Maxies day.
My only chance is to get the trifecta in the last which I can’t see me doing two days in a row.
I will congratulate you on your win now Maxie, well done.

I thought it was going to be easy today, yeah right.
We are predicted to reach 26c here next week, a veritable heatwave.

Who Dares has to place for me to overhaul you Peter, as long as Validated doesn’t.
I think it’s behind the couch time.
