They would have to fill out a near miss  report for filing in there h & s report. In that , there is no  punishment as it's all inhouse

I very rarely bet in NZ as it simply a raffle, and concentrate solely on Melbourne, as I have done for 6 years. Got willowed in a Punters Club 3 years ago and got back 750 but an average ride from Craig W, the willow, and it could, and should, have been 6k. Gotta love this racing game, it can hurt tho. But turn the page to next week.
