As a life-long fan of the Black Caps (amended to 'Craps' on a bad day), Max made the effort to watch the opener overnight v England. A match for the ages. The only way it would've been better is if it had been the Final, not the Starter. Congrats to all involved, but especially Rachin Ravindra. No one expected a World Cup debutant to do what he did at #3. Truly astonishing confidence and courage, with nary a false shot played by Ravindra or Conway in a stellar unbroken partnership of 200 and plenty. Brilliant.
