Billy Jacobsen rides a 2nd placegetter and his 1st winner in NZ  and gets relieved  of 1k by our stipes.He certainly got the best out of both horses he got pinged for.

is there some inconsistency here by those luvly Stipes? Billy cops $$$ penalty from two offences (excessive use);

meanwhile Jess Allen gets 6 riding days off for one instance of the same offence ...has she transgressed before in this manner??

After considering submissions the Adjudicative Committee imposed a suspension of J Allen’s licence to ride in races from the conclusion of racing on Saturday 16 December up to and including racing on Tuesday 26 December, 6 national riding days.
