Happy Sunrise Posted November 20, 2021 Share Posted November 20, 2021 There was a delay of approximately 19 minutes to the start of this event when MEXICANA reared and fell to the track around at the start area, the filly then reared again and fell heavily to the track. The horse was immediately attended to by the on course Veterinarian however was confirmed to be deceased and was transported from the track by the Horse Ambulance. Very sad Didn't watch the racing yesterday, but noted she was late scratched when checking peeps selections this a.m & noticed Craig & Max had her in.
