Taniwha99
Harness Racing New Zealand would like to send its sincere condolences to the family of Murray Edmonds, who died this week after a short illness. The Motukarara-based trainer-driver was a hugely popular figure in the sport, who trained 377 winners and had 345 driving victories since starting out in the 1980s. Such was the love for Murray that a recent fund-raising dinner for the Edmonds family at Addington Raceway was sold out in hours. https://www.hrnz.co.nz/news/vale-murray-edmonds/

Mardy
Was certainly shocked when i read this yesterday.Yes i know Murray had the brain tumour, but man it didn't muck around unfortunately. My sincerest condolences to Murray's family and friends at this sad time. One thing is for sure, the Nelson meetings won't be the same without him there.
