Interesting data breach

I got this email on my hotmail account this morning. It's an account I only use for website signups etc not for my personal stuff.

I know, ********, is your password.

I need your full attention for the coming Twenty-four hours, or I will make sure you that you live out of shame for the rest of your life span.

Hi, you do not know me. But I know every thing about you. Your current facebook contact list, smartphone contacts as well as all the virtual activity on your computer from previous 174 days.

Consisting of, your masturbation video, which brings me to the main reason why I am writing this particular email to you.

Well the previous time you visited the adult porn online sites, my malware was triggered in your computer which ended up documenting a beautiful footage of your masturbation play simply by triggering your web cam.
(you got a exceptionally odd preference by the way lmao)

I have the entire recording. If you feel I 'm messing around, just reply proof and I will be forwarding the particular recording randomly to 4 people you're friends with.

It might be your friend, co workers, boss, mother and father (I don't know! My system will randomly pick the contact details).

Would you be able to gaze into anyone's eyes again after it? I question that...

However, it does not need to be that route.

I'm going to make you a one time, non negotiable offer.

Purchase USD 2000 in bitcoin and send them on the down below address:

bc1***qkccxl6c9r6y0sjnlj49e75pf2q6jsz6wxzemxf
[case-SENSITIVE so copy & paste it, and remove *** from it]

(If you do not understand how, google how to purchase bitcoin. Do not waste my valuable time)

If you send this particular 'donation' (let us call it that?). Immediately after that, I will disappear and never make contact with you again. I will remove everything I've got concerning you. You may keep on living your current ordinary day to day lifestyle with zero fear.

You've got 24 hours to do so. Your time starts off as soon you read this e-mail. I have an special code that will tell me once you go through this mail therefore do not attempt to play smart.

Obviously my initial reaction was to think that they had somehow managed to get into my outlook account.

But then Google notified me of a data breach from the old racechat website. The password above was the one I used to use for an account on Racechat.

Clearly it is a concern so I just wanted anyone who used to have an account on Racechat to be aware of it. I have just deleted the password from my Google passwords and I don't think anything else needs to be done apart from reporting the email to Microsoft.

These people are the lowest of the low.

Hey Pete

Enter your email into this site and it will tell you where the data breech came from.

I have had a few of those emails, in fact one of them was the exact same words.

I also got my microsoft email account hacked the other day from someone in Korea, which I them quickly updated. It was one that I have never updated as I dont use it at all.

I use Lass Pass to save all my passwords and use the random password generator as well, its brilliant and free.
