Hesi Posted June 16, 2020 Share Posted June 16, 2020 Has anyone heard of this happening before I went in yesterday to VTNZ to do my warrant, took in the rego number to the office to get started, but they did not have it on record. So I went back to the car and got the rego sticker, they checked further, and unbeknown to me, someone had done an ownership change on 7 March, then done a plate change, all without being in possession of the car??
