Maximus
I know I am but a poor Mustelid, but can someone explain this in the Form Guide for Riccarton Quintuple Twins U-7 RANG 19 Nov G MDN C/Wgt Chris Johnson Wnr: Quintuple Twins (AUS) 1:06.42 The silly Mustelid School of Thought concludes that the nag bizarrely named Quintuple Twins ran in a trial at Rangiora on 19 Nov and was unplaced of 7 starters, and the fastest of those bonnie Maidens was a horse named Quintuple Twins. Were they identical twins? And what happened to the other three?
LookingForValue
On the NZTR site shown as 1-7 so won the trial.
Maximus
Cheers LFV ...a logical conclusion ...makes a rather big difference, doesn't it, as the nag in question was known to have some ability when trained in the North Island and has had a change of location. A winning trial is a whole lot more encouraging than a losing one.

Something had to win. I would be looking at the time run, how many ran, who was trying (sometimes a horse may go to the line under a hold without winning). Just my thoughts
