P.S. The new wrinkle will be - in addition to the one Joker play per round - there will be an opportunity for each team to play a HTD card once during the round robin. HTD stands for "Home Town Draw" which will enable that team (via their Captain) to choose the individual opponents for their team members that week. It will be done on a first-in, first served basis as obviously both opposing teams can't play this card the same week. The opportunity will be open from the time I post the draw on Saturday evening until Midnight Tuesday.

And it may come as a shock to a few, but we do actually have free speech on here, respectful debate I think you could call it.
I think I have had enough of seeing threads started with WTF, somebody being called an areshole or a c..t, and then people starting threads, wondering where everyone has gone

Can't argue with that, he has proven himself in the hotbed of Sydney racing.
I note a few others that also have left, have not done anywhere near as well. They have established themselves, but not exerted dominance in the way Waller has......John Sargent, Bjorn Baker, Trent Busuttin.

Today, 12:55 PMThat's an excellent article and the best piece I have ever seen written about Leo. I have known Leo on and off since the late 1970s. I wouldn't say we are close but we understand each other pretty well. Every year or two he calls me for a chat. It is always interesting and thought-provoking.
One thing perhaps the article doesn't emphasize is his intelligence. He would be off the scale in terms of IQ but that is no guarantee of a smooth ride or a trouble-free life. This explains a lot of his success from jaws of failure. I identify a lot with what Leo is like. I 'm just a lot more muted than he is probably due to the difference in our upbringings. haha.
Never had a bad meal or experience at his establishments from the Fat ladies Arms to HQ. A great host. He is a national treasure of sorts - but yes, sure - don't fuc* him off !-

We couldn't forget this of course
To all those that take the time, for the enjoyment of others, to run competitions and post selections for races(pre-race!), many of these, based on substantial analysis.

They are GOLD to a site like this.
So far we have been lucky to avoid the sideline snipers, that have troubled other sites and caused mayhem.
