  1. Ok  La Bodega , difficult day coming up with the top team facing us but we are on a roll and chasing hard. Hoping ""everyone turns up"  this time so be on guard Ziggy, am disappointed the random selector didn't give me a chance to even it up . Go well team on what could be a tricky day.

Chase these Ian and all the best.

Hey Rees, what do Direct Scooter and Danehill have in common pedigree-wise ?

American?. If one goes back far enough there are TB,s in a lot of harness lines. Direct Scooter had the golden cross of the 40,s (in which we got Cardigan Bay through Hal Tryax) of Peter the Great/Axworthy cross. Have looked at Danehill and cant seem to pick a connection.?

    Aqueduct in R3

Out of Fallingwater, who was by O'Reilly out of the well performed Insouciant, who won the Eulogy and 1000 Guineas

Dont confuse me with TB, breeding. If it was a Direct Scooter line I might be onto it.:classic_biggrin:

  4. Sorry The Dundeel ran 4th in another race at Waverly. Jockey suggested he gets the chop. They have another running at Te Rapa tomorrow. Peloton. Good chance.

  5. Not my mates Hesi, Andrew Campbell is my son in law, family.  Just looked up results from Waverly, nice win and they are due some luck.

They have a nice Dundeel to hit the track yet, well bred and looks big and strong.

yep. with 3pts according to my calcs (always suspect!) Top picking in the latter part of the programme by Sir G and Ashoka. Congrats

Was a close run affair for a while Maxi, but some inspired picking by my 3 champs wins the day. Not the captains knock one would expect so nothing much to beat Maxi, but some home problems today kept the usual swat from happening and who knows what Richie may have picked had he been more attentive. Commiserations to Graeme, normally a winning total but Rex is on fire at the moment. In with a fighting chance now and breathing down a few necks. well done team( well 3 of you anyway):classic_biggrin:

Mate....needed an HIA after that hiding🥴 Good teamwork tho to get a close win. All going to plan  with Round 2 looming where we can let it rip🧨🧨🧨🧨🧨

Heads up Junior....nice win today. Your Rabbits gave it everything last night...good season😎

Let it rip???, yah got enough points already, already. Don't be greedy now.😅

  9. 🍷🍷🍷, Well done team. Got the monkey off the back and chasing nicely. Superb innings Richie ,well deserved ably supported by the rest of us, and a launching pad into the nxt round.

Commiserations Wild Bunch , caught us on the back up from a crushing( and very unlucky) loss last week, although I see The Rustlers did it again to UTR. Couldn't happen to a nicer team( Rustlers that is:classic_wink:). Onwards and upwards for tomorrow, get some swat going as we need to keep the momentum going to overcome a bunch of Animals.
