I see some of the usual suspects up to their old tricks again
Gee, Moose and Roland
624 days since last win, why would you not pick the horse
Gee was obviously grounded or they are short on aircraft.

After I was born, but it's great to have company Brian. Reason being they had dark blue shirts like we had at Miramar Rangers. The innocence of youth.

Due some luck La Bodega after getting nosed out of it last week. Looks a fairly even contest this week , take no notice of our esteemed leaders comment on a 4-1 loss.
Right team all the best , I want to hear the popping of Champagne corks and the fizz of bottles being opened tomorrow afternoon.
Chase these Heather
R1 1-11
R2 7-9
R3 4-13
R4 7-11
R5 1-6 BB
R6 4-5
R7 1-4

Animal Kingdom run amok in the lounge knocking La Bodega down 4-1
No, no ,no. am baiting the traps as we speak. The little buggers will be three sheets to the wind after slurping down our concoction, taken straight off of our well stocked shelves.🍷
They wont know what hit em.
PS. Thanks for the Capitals.

What a comeback to PJ,s comps. Sprinted out of the blocks with incredible acceleration and has them gasping.
Unfortunately this is a comp for stayers.

Cautious ????, You should be about 2nd on the mag 7 by now, so we are all in trouble when the cautious approach ends. I had a couple of these to drown the sorrows🍷 🍷

Done and dusted. Bugger Ian snaffling you before I got in, well done bragging rights to you first up. Mind you Paul did well today and Ashoka had a blinder. We all need to be on the same page , but early days, Jokers to be played and things can turn in a flash. Thanks team, sorry the Captain went AWOL, and well done Dynamite , someone lit the fuse again.

No apologies needed. Give that pesky bro a telling off will yah.

la bodega, rolls off the tongue doesn't it , a real "dynamite" of a name . Which reminds me of today's opposition, a real surprise package first up so we need to be vigilant .
Another RIGGED show down with my bro in law courtesy of PJ,s warped sense of humor., and some nice match ups across the board, augers well for a good contest.
I hate New Plymouth but have got Sydney nailed down, so in that vain....chase these Steve.
R1 1-6
R2 5-11 BB
R3 2-5
R4 1-11
R5 3-5
R6 2-11
R7 3-8
R8 12-13
R9 8-10
R10 4-13 BB
Go well Steve.

Still with me, Rees ? 😁
Only until I got to the bit where it said ,'put their opponents away as expected'. Have a look at the scores Howie, lead changed 6 times, and they snuck in by half a head or less in the last.
They was toast 50 yds off the post. Cant wait to play your team Howie.

Not sure whether to be more upset with the Liverpool dig or Rees' use of "could of" rather than "could have" 🙂
Get on Everton for top 4 before the season starts Steve as they have a very nice schedule to start the season - only two of the big 6 in their first 14 games. Then lay them at the start of December because their first four games in December are against big 6 teams.
Who cares!!. Dig all you like. Any other Chelsea supporters out there........................................ NO DIDNT THINK SO.
God its lonely here.

And now, just what you've all been waiting for... a Mustelid Media Statement
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
"It has recently come to the Mustelid's attention that said Mustelid has been named as a "detractor" of the short novels published on this thread by rival capitano Howie, he of the "Fartoo Brigade" and (until yesterday's near-down-trou) the hellishly hot faves to win PJ's SuperDuper Spring Comp 2019 Edition.
For sake of eternal clarity, Mustelid Maximus declares he is an avid reader of said Howie's novellas, is looking forward to a new one each week, (just like the good ol' days of Charlie Farley Dickens) ..and feels Howie should seek commercial sponsorship for these entertaining epistles. There should, however, be a limit on the 'word count'; Mustelid Maximus is of the view that the 369-word intro of yesterday should not under any circumstances be exceeded, as Mustelids such as Maximus have the likes of Mrs W and the Wee Weasels to deal with 24/7, and time is sometimes at a premium on a Saturday.
ENDS
Good try Maxi but you aren,t in my League for LIP.

Welcome back Howie. There may be a detractor or two (no, just one) when it comes to your post match reviews but I'm a big fan - better than a Sunday morning sermon and nice to have you back.
But not so nice, that team Five-0 won't be studying twice as hard for the upcoming match. Team Toofast's storming finish didn't go unnoticed at Five-0 precinct HQ, and we certainly won't be resting on our laurels.
Re Virgil, he is not a newbie - he has just used a series of different names across the different sites - all Liverpool related. I'm guessing when we move to the next site he will be "Mane" or "Firmino". The Canes scouting department spotted him early on - he did well in a few individual comps and was a team-mate of Geoff's when they won the final comp on RC and was a member of the Canes team when we won the last provincial (non-draft) comp. I'm pretty sure he holds the Canes record for number of winners selected on debut.
Awww come on John , just because I had my concordance and thesaurus at the ready , without the sermons it would be a boring old comp. Keep it up Howie and Max, and I will continue the ( tounge in cheek) jibes. Much like the ongoing story of Gee flying for the Imperial Air force, and now with sidekicks.😂

Despite the unlucky result a good hit out and shows we are up to it. Thanks team
