He did of course run 3rd in the Sires Stakes Final on cup day,being beaten by noses,and he showed good speed to overhaul another tidy sort. Yip Kink showed good ability as a trotter,and i thought he'd go ok as a pacer once the penny dropped.Was glad to see that happen tonight,and i think he can get a couple more. All 3 runs have been good and just got done last week. Should get his win here. R3-6 Hughes Two Me. Been nice enough in his 2 runs. Field not strong can go close here. R4-7 Addison Marie. Has had good support in all of her 3 runs to date. Looks a big chance here. R5-11 Buffy Northstains. Run wasn't that bad last time out. Does love it here and also loves the grass. Can play a part with the right run. R6-7 Princess Mertitaten. Looks a smart type.Has run against some nice types at the trials.Should go close to winning this. R7-2 Soviet Star. Strong win 2 back,then never got into it last time. Nice draw and solid manners.Can feature. R8-6 Judgement Bay. Is a handy mare at times. Drawn well and has enough zip to lead them.Loves the grass and should be in the mix. R9-6 Maui. Big win last time out. Is in the zone and looks hard to beat again. R10-7 Homebush Lad.Big finish for 2nd last time out. Does go well here and can be right there again. R11-9 Still Rockin. Loves the grass and was placed last week on it. Sticky draw but looks a strong chance. R12-5 Nubliah Chamay. Smashed them 2 back on the grass,then found the line well last week. Can do the job here. Been going ok lately. Loves the grass but average record here. Should be thereabouts. R5-1 Kawatiri Creek.Massive run last time out for 4th. Strikes a nice draw here.Can go close to winning this. R6-3 On Report. Another honest effort last time out. Drawn nice again and should lead them up and be in the mix again. R7-7 Cappaha. Fought well after getting the trail last time out. Should settle handy again and be right there. R8-1 Fergalicious. Gone well in her last 3 runs. Lands a nice draw here and can get an overdue win here. R9-4 Buckskin. Been just fair lately. Loves the grass and also loves it here. If the real Buckskin turns up then he can feature at nice odds. R10-10 Royal Del. Got home very well last start. If handy on the turn he can win this. R11-5 Dulcinea. Has gone well since changing stables.Was a lil unlucky last time out.Can be thereabouts in this. R12-5 Motor Mouth.Solid run for 3rd last time. R2-3 The Gardener's Pride. Flew home when placed on Tuesday,runs before that were ok. Handles the grass and looks a solid chance. R3-2 Hughes Two Me. Honest run on Tuesday when on the grass. Field not strong and has the draw to dominate. R4-2 My Sweet Bella Rose.Finally strikes a better draw. Has good gate speed and can be a factor here. R5-7 Mainbocher. Flew home for 2nd on Tuesday on the grass. If he trots the whole way then he'll be tough to beat. R6-9 Jaccka Opa. Been real consistent lately.Goes well on grass and looks tough again. R7-10 Fergalicious. Flew home for 2nd on Tuesday after being badly held up.Sticky draw but does follow out a leader.Winning chance with luck. R8-11 Buckskin. Didn't get much room last time out so run not as bad as it looks. Goes well here and can threaten. R9-4 Flyaway. Strong win on Tuesday.Slight grade rise,but is going well for it too not bother her. Been disappointing in behind the tapes lately.Gets back to the moble here and also drops in grade. Can feature strongly. R4-14 Miss Yo. Good win 2 back,then took on a star last week and wasn't all that bad. Can go well here. R5-1 What A Minx. Has been thereabouts lately. Strikes the pole here and can lead up early.Can go close in this.s R6-5 Where The Boys Are. Been not too bad in her 2 runs so far. Can feature strongly in this. R7-6 Ohoka Conner. Smart type who didn't get all favours when beaten fave last time out. Should be going close to winning this, R8-3 Kink. Dug in for the fight in his first win as a pacer.
