cyclonegarry
I am writing a book on the history of horse racing in Australia and New Zealand. I live in Australia. Would appreciate any help regarding protests upheld in major 2yo, 3yo, WFA and handicap races in NZ. I am aware of Bawalaksana (Railway), Warhorse (Diamond), Satisfy (Derby), Fanatic (Oaks) and San Luis (Manawatu Sires). Can anyone think of any others? Thanks. Hesi
We're only a small site CG, but quite a few very knowledgeable thoroughbred posters. You might want to ask on the better known and larger site Racecafe as well, there are in particular, probably half a dozen posters on there with a vast knowledge of the history of thoroughbred racing in NZ, one called gubellini springs to mind, but a few others https://www.racecafe.co.nz/forums/
