I had my left knee replaced 5 months ago and it’s feeling pretty good now. Still doing plenty of stretching exercises everyday. Getting my right knee replaced early September, so have to go through it all again. Hope it all goes well for you mate. -

I had a better stage today with 4 of my riders finishing in the top 10. Still waiting for Marc Soler to get away in a break and stay away.

This comps setup is different to the Superbru one we used last year. If it is a flat stage can we just pick sprinters and leave the climbers and team leaders out ?
