5/10 for me as well, and I only knew the answers to the last 3 questions, but if I do the quiz every week from now my music knowledge must surely improve. I do a lot better on the sports quiz on BFD, much more up my alley.

The Blues brothers got the pinch of luck today that we didn’t get on Tuesday, and Roland for the second Saturday in a row made the difference. Wretched luck Maggie’s, you were easily the dominant team in the round robin. Thanks to my Blues brothers Pete, Roland, Smiler and Moose for supporting a captain with not a great deal of racing knowledge and making my job pretty much a doddle. And of course a big thanks to P.J. for making Saturday afternoon’s a highlight of the week, even though the heart pills are regularly needed, and boy do the weeks fly by when there is a comp going on.

Blues are in for another close one which could go down to the last race. Just waiting for Roland to explode.

Not to be this time. Halfway down the straight Revolutionary Miss looked a chance, but then the cavalry arrived. So disappointing to not make the final after being so close to pulling it off. ‘Congratulations Zig and the Turbos, and good luck for the final. Well done Blues brothers, we punched above our weight this comp.

It’s behind the couch time again.

Blues have been so close to grabbing back the lead last couple of races, it will come down to the last again.

Smiler is continuing his excellent form in this comp.

Really proud of the Blues brothers today. Everyone contributed, and who else but Roland getting up in the last as he has done on many occasions. Hard luck Swampies, just our day today. Finally, thanks Ferdies for a contest which went down to the last.

No really cause for concern, I should watch more races from behind the couch.
