Remembering the prime responsibilities of any government is to protect and provide for its citizens, so the Boris card looks a bit dodgy
She has to swing one way or the other! Which is it to be?
Boris says....14 day stay at home for the complete household if any member of the family has a high temperature or new dry heavy cough! What says Jacinda? I haven't read The Herald online for a while.

Drastic measures have been taken now to try and ensure we don't get a spike in infections coinciding with our flu season- it would cripple our already overloaded health system. We have one big advantage over other 1st World countries - the natural isolation of the Pacific. With border controls now in place, we should be able to contain any 'community infection cos we can trace contacts. One or two other good things - no new cases today and the cruise ship case was negative. Stay positive!

So right Maximus regarding not being land locked and the health system. The biggest worry must be NZ's largest export the tourism industry. This potentially is the greatest thing to put any country under huge financial and employment pressure for months to come, which would lead to a recession. So does Jacinda play the Italy or Boris card?

I have woken blurry eyed this morning. Checked PJ's results, Checked my picks scribbled on the back of Racing Post to see R3 3 -9 circled,(it was all about the jock) wtf!🙄Normally I'd give myself an uppercut! But no complaints when beaten by a superb BB.Great work Georgy.HOF, happy to sit 3 lengths off the leaders on settling.

It would be interesting to hear Willie Wilcox thoughts and ideas for the future and how he sees the ARC and industry as a whole in its present form.
Any chance of a Q and A invite with him Hesi?

I prefer Budweiser, but it is actually quite a nice drop, minus the 'fruit'
A bit on the nose Pete, someone who drinks pink wine, commenting on the pros and cons of beer, although being English, I will give you, that anything in a pint coming out of Yorkshire is superb
Jesus Hesi, that's going from weasel piss to cats piss!

Nearly as stupid as those people who think they're cool drinking that Mexican weasel piss.
Dead right Pete. Anything that needs a piece of fruit shoved down it's neck should not touch thou lips!Unless it is spinning on a spit.

I think what people have forgotten is that the Aussie 3yr olds are a very good crop ,which puts into perspective how good AB is. D Lanes comments that the race wasn't run to suit, tells me that ...
(1)AB got an easier run than it looked!
(2)Jockeys need to wake up and have a plan b, it's a Grp 1 for christ's sake.
(3)AB is exceptionally good and would be lorded as a champ if he was from NSW or Vic.
I'm with option 3, as I think you could run that race 10 times and the results would still be the same. As for the race yesterday it's all of the above!
Hesi, agree re action of Catalyst ,he was moving into the race nicely when his action went.First bet in Aus this year was e/w on Soul Patch (got my money back)he was great value I thought and is tough, looking forward to him getting over 2000m.

As a neutral, it's been a "super comp" and some of the results have been interesting. Shame to see the Crusaders miss the semis as I was looking forward to Roberts pre noms selections this week!😁

Does anyone know if BGP negotiations of an % cut with any clubs for being on course has come to anything? I vaguely remember it being branded around last year.Good on them for getting out on course, but I still have this feeling that there is something deeper than a crowd on the punt.

Hi PJ, I have just seen Hesi's message!Apologies but I may be on radio silence off and on over the next month(not fair on team mates),so I won't be signing on for this competition but hopefully next time.
All the the best to people taking part.

Thanks for that Hesi. Understand all above, but with positive cases in NZ already, what is the plan for containment and has every single person who has been in contact with the positives in the last 5/7 days been tested?
Sorry Mardy, my last word on this!
