2.  Star Tsar, huge horse with a lot of talent, but takes a lot to wind up

3.  2 G1's in Aus to Probabeel and TAS.  Emphatic wins from the rear of the field.  How many times have the Kiwis won 2 G1's in a day in Aus

4.  What a vintage crop of 3 year lds we have, Catalyst, Probabeel, Dragon Leap, Sherwood Forest, Scopz, Two Illicit, Jennifer Eccles, Levante, Travelling Light, Loire

5.  More starting gate problems.  R4 at Ellerslie, Manch dropped Leith Innes after the starter let them go too soon after the gate charge.  3 horse came back with blood noses, 2 lame

6.  An emphatic victory to Sherwood Forest in the Derby.  Once gain that extra 400m sorts out a few.  The much vaunted Dragon Leap was weakening in the last 200m.  No excuses for the beaten lot

Nice wrap up Alan. Found it interesting that Ron Dufficy focused more on the second horse than Probabeel. I thought she ran a huge race.

I suspect the JMac bonus deal cost them plenty today. If he didn't win, he was in the top 4 regularly.
