mardigras Posted July 19, 2022 Share Posted July 19, 2022 (edited) I saw that Moody decided to give Spanish Mission a jumpout on the Pakenham synthetic yesterday, Melbourne Cup fav/near fav and all. Some don't seem to mind running them on the synthetic - Gosden with Enable did it more than once, and even Sir Michael Stoute has done so with the likes of Crystal Ocean. Be hard pressed to find better/more valuable horses than those last two, to have run in NZ for a while.
