Pretty sure that the man in charge up there is an ex kiwi ,Andrew O 'Toole who was not wanted by the ARC.Probably because he was a visionary which NZ seem to lack. Ex NZ jockey Jarrod Todd won 4 races after winning the Premiership last year,so off to a good start.
