Hesi
Good points, railing possibly not required under the building code, and where is the guttering(Rees? you're an ex plumber) The way they have something in the pic that is an impossibility

Globederby19
The garage door has vertical lines which means it would have to move sideways to open. Should be horizontal.

Globederby19
Also the (probably) steel uprights under house on left should have braces at an angle.
Globederby19
The section/slope at the back of the house on left should have been scarfed out, to make a walkway along the back. One would walk out a door at the back onto a slope.?
Hesi
Excellent stuff but no, but it is landscaping related

There could easily be a path at the back wot we cannot see. Likewise the 'front door' and i guess there's internal access (stairs) from the garage fllor to the living level above. Hesi
This is blatantly obvious
Globederby19
Now I am getting picky. The glass front should be up off the floor of the balcony to let water run off providing they sloped it to the outside from the door. Otherwise there would need to be a rain head place in the balcony and slope to that and a down pipe from it.
Globederby19
He He. Grass under the house. How do you mow that without taking chunks out of your head and cursing a lot,.
Globederby19
18 minutes ago, Hesi said: where is the guttering(Rees? you're an ex plumber) Could be a heavy snow area. Or mostly artistic license.
Hesi
That's it When was the last time you saw a house with lawn underneath. For a start the light levels are way to low to allow grass to grow, and watering it might provide a few difficulties

Run an automatic sprinkler line under the bearers and use a robotic mower. lol
