ROUND 9 - Saturday August 14

Selections Close off at 12.57pm (NZ time)

Later start than usual so enjoy your sleep in ! All eyes on the top of the table clash between the big hitters MX5 and The Roughnecks - my money's on MX5. Clash of the day ? Has to be Magnificent Seven showdown between best buddies Rob and Gee. Who can doose it ? Sure to be plenty of sledging ! Elsewhere Howie is in Ziggy's sights as he seeks to break his duck while the almost unbeatable Maria seeks to inflict more pain on Crazy Horse's much battered Squirrel. Best wishes go out to Rex and Pam for speedy recoveries from their recent ill health.

            Apologies for not remembering to get back to u sooner ,  Dads been very sick with this influenza bug virus thing thats been going round, the dr  is expecting to send him home on thursday, please apologise to his team on my behalf  as I was suppose to e-mail someone called Max with Dads favourite numbers to use if he wished but I forgot, to busy worrying about him.
If he is not home Thursday, I will let you know.
please let everyone know and thank them for there concerns.

Ziggy might be struggling with the winter racing, but my record is not too flash hot either.
And I'll tell you this ..... anyone who is one of only 2 players to have ever picked the entire 10 winners on a PJ Comp raceday card, as Ziggy is, must always be accorded the greatest respect in any head-to-head matchup.
It's not a matter of if he'll strike back ...it's when !
Hopefully for me, not this Saturday ! 😉

In case you are wondering why we have a race at Kembla Grange this week it is because the ATC have transferred their Randwick meeting there due to COVID

Like the Sword of Damocles' hanging over me is that one, and he knows it.:classic_smile:. Will be chasing that record for the remainder of my life .lol
