    From hero to zero. Put them under pressure and the lack of ball control shows when having to make quick one twos.That's the difference between European football and local stuff. Norway who play a more expansive structured game hang off players more, which gave us more time to hassle and upset their rhythm, with our style of play. Some nice players in our team but a way to go yet, and they should have put the Phillipines away, but were hustled off the ball and kept out by some very good goalkeeping . Wide open group now.

    Yes they did, halcyon days. Bruce Edgar ( Ziggy played cricket with him at College), Wynton Rufer and his brother, a few went on to play Basketball for Citizens and then Exchequer Saints. A few I played soccer with at Miramar Rangers and College for years went on to greater things. I disappeared off to Aussie at 18 and a half so the sporting career was put on hold(for the next 50 yrs)🤣

    Yeah but it took till the last week . I did what I normally do and picked them all, but then threw them all out and picked a new lot . Seemed to work a treat, eventually. Probably try that again first week up for the Swampies.
