An actual horse trying to win?
  7. "As of 9 July 2019, we will no longer be offering vision of New Zealand thoroughbred, greyhound and harness racing as part of our Sky Racing vision product. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. " Bugger, anyone know how I can get visual coverage?
  8. Now when I look at Bit Of A Yawn, the comments on each page are interspersed with ads. I guess not paying up as a subscription will mean more ads. Don't remember them before. Lucky I only stop by every now and then for a laugh. You are heading in the right direction with this site
  9. I see some nutter has posted this and says enjoy. These horses were stuffed and hitting them with the whip and forcing them to give their last bit of energy is criminal. No one, especially thoroughbred racing won here.

    Disgusting display of animal cruelty.

  12. Mine went like a bomb 😲 BLUE EYED SUSIE (S McKay) – Jumped away awkwardly. Made the bend near the 850 metres awkwardly and continued to race ungenerously for a distance shifting back on to BENAUD which had to be restrained.
  13. The Darwin Cup carnival conducts by Darwin Turf Club on Fannie Bay Racecourse, has grown since the 1980s into one of the most popular racing events in Australia attracting thousands of interstate visitors each year. The Fannie Bay Racecourse is a sandy dirt track and is covered with sump oil that seals the surface and ensures racing can continue during the summer wet season. Darwin Turf Club now conducts 39 race meetings each year with the pinnacle being the Darwin Cup carnival that extends over eight meetings during the height of the dry season in July and August. It has a circumference of 1780 metres and features a downhill back straight run. The course proper is 15 metres wide with a horseshow turn from the 600m to the start of the 340 metres home straight. Races are held in the anti-clockwise directions over distances from 900m to 2000m. There is a starting chute for races over 1300 metres that extends the back straight run to the home turn to 650 metres.
  14. Ruakaka Race 6 #9 Blue Eyed Susie. Fresh up after 5 month spell. Unplaced at trials but good preparation for this. Won 1 from 4 starts, the win back in Dec 2018 at Rotorua. Likes to lead or sit on pace, Shaun McKay takes the ride. Currently $18 Bet Easy FO. Will improve with the run but expect good showing.
  15. At best would have a great chance. Not far away lately and worth a place bet at least
