Atrack inspection committee was formed involving Stipendiary Stewards, Trainers, Riders and Club Officials with the decision being made to abandon the meeting due to concerns regarding the area between the 750 and 650 metres where BILLY BOLD had lost its footing. Used to be a no miss and I introduced a fair few people to horse racing entertaining them on those days.
