Some good news Happy is the Entain CEO has shifted his focus to help Nz harness racing. Dean Shannon raced a stack of 'Montana' horses here in QLD from his stud farm, with his good mate Darrel Graham for many years. He still has 5 or 6 horses with Darrel including 'IN EXCESS' .lol. like INXS 😁 He names them after great rock bands these days with 'Kiss' and 'Cold Chisel' going great guns for Barry Purdon and Scott Phelan lately. He has 15 horses on their books now to try and prop up North Island racing. Already won the Nz Derby with MERLIN in December and looking for Open class and slot race Plums this year. That's what it takes is for Multi Millionaires to Invest and Prop the Sport Up !! (Millionaire developer Kevin seymour did this in Brisbane and now has our best horse LEAP TO FAME) Get a few more BIG Millionaires involved and we're doing great business again. ....... they should ring Godolphin Sheikhs ? he's got a spare quid tucked away lol 😂

Colin Munro dropped in to play some matches for the BRISBANE HEat in the Big Bash recently , and they took the Title. Very jolly decent of the Kiwi's to send him in. much appreciated. G'day Karrots They picked up a Queenslander from here to win the Eureka with. (the $2,000,000 slot race later in year) Frankie Ferocious was backed 100-1 into 6-1 favourite for it by the GRIM crew. a very handy horse making his way through the grades at Albion he won 10 out of 20 starts. no one in Nz would of heard of it. First start for Grimson was last Saturday night at Melton . Sprinted brilliantly to win ok so is 'On' the way. Wait till he lines up Hot and Treacherous shortly . Clinton livingstone has sent him to Grimson now after the year in Queensland . so I'm expecting a near 1.49 mile first up ? 'Hottie' was pretty good in Nz and QLD already.
