PWJ
To win: ANIMAL KINGDOM need- an Aiguilette/Harbour Views quinella in that order may be enough to get Rob up to beat Paul but it looks a stretch DYNAMITE need- Grinzinger Star to win for Ziggy but it can't be the 2nd fave otherwise Virgil gets it as his sub cancelling it out. If Grinzinger Star is the 2nd sub then Stevie N can possibly catch John if Harbour Views completes the quinella - slim chance though THE RUSTLERS need- difficult to say as Gary and Robert are tied - Gary has Mr Exclusive & Harbour Views while Robert has Harbour Views and the sub but also has a BB up his sleeve. Brian (who has a BB) can beat Howie with Harbour Views or the 2nd sub. THE WILD BUNCH can't win

Everyone tipped the final winner with Junior and Hesi adding BBs. John was Man of the Match while Junior Mac was MVP for Dynamite on what was a tricky day. Dynamite took a bonus point for a slightly higher aggregate. 186.00 Virgil 174.00 Ziggy 229.00 John 143.00 Stevie N 68.00 Craig 211.00 Junior Mac 183.00 Punter Pete 195.00 Ian 133.40 Hesi 86.00 Rocky 3 LA BODEGA (5th) $1682.20 3 points 2 ANIMAL KINGDOM (3rd) $1054.20 0 points Aiguilette never got into the finish so AK's hopes of a late win were dashed. Everyone bar Max and La Bodega duo Paul and Richie on the Warrnambool winner with Rees, Moose, Rob and Heather adding BBs. Graeme was MVP for Animal Kingdom, with Ashoka and Paul also putting up good scores, but Graeme was unlucky to draw Rex - Man of the Match and star of the day. La Bodega added a bonus point for a team profit. 436.20 Ashoka 142.40 Moose 59.00 Rees 122.00 Maximus 395.00 Paul 232.00 Rob 765.00 Rex 346.80 Graeme 27.00 Richie 211.00 Heather 5 UNDER THE RADAR (2nd) $851.00 4 points 0 THE WILD BUNCH (8th) $283.40 0 points UTR had it sewn up before the last in a strange match where 3 of us scored under $100 but luckily the opposition - the undoubted roughie kings - couldn't buy a trick on a day of roughies galore ! Dualis got the final winner for The Wild Bunch while all the UTRs bar Tom replies with BBs. Sharne was a huge Match Star for UTR while her opponent Gee was MVP for TWB who selected just 5 winners between them all day. 543.00 Sharne 130.00 Gee 27.00 Tom 0.00 Roland 59.00 PJ 16.00 Dualis 138.00 Pete 88.00 Jen 84.00 Wrinkles 49.40 Gordy 2 THE RUSTLERS (6th) $613.40 0 points 3 FARTOOFAST (7th) $672.40 2 points Only Steve P failed to tip the winning fave in the last with BBs landed by Maurice, Brian and most notably Robert who clinched his deadlock with Gary (who nevertheless snagged the quinella) which was just as well as Brian's BB allowed him to reel in Howie. So Fartoofast scored a narrow and much-needed win led by Man of the Match Geoff. Ray was MVP for The Rustlers. La Bodega's big win also reduced the gap between the top and bottom half of the table while Fartoofast's win over The Rustlers elevated them above their prey.
