Dancing Show
Just as an aside.. whilst I was searching this ... I came across Ambulance Chaser...who some may remember and also Field Commander 🙂 I love doing research for these and stumbling across horses that bring back memories 🙂
Dancing Show
I'm stuck on Almutawakel and Carnegie but they were too dark and I don't think they moved across so many studs. before being exported in early 2000's

ngakonui grass
Mellifont also met some of the criteria. Won 1 race, chestnut with a blaze, stood at 1/2 studs ,related to a couple of good sires but was exported to SA later than 2002.

PWJ
16 hours ago, Dancing Show said: Manaloj ?? 🙂 Yes Manaloj ! Very closely related to Northern Dancer & Danehill. Bought him cheap as chips - I think about 13,000 guineas - for the Slades to stand in North Canterbury. He later moved to Chevely Park at both Wanganui & Te Kauwhata. A son of Gone West he left two stakesplaced horses in NZ - Global Prince & Misstag. Followed the Slades to South Africa where he proved a much better stallion leaving Gr1 winner Mokaro (Greyville Gold Cup) and Gr3 winner Ziplock. In his later years went to a Sport Horse stud - there's big money in that business. Some nice shots of him here: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.385601154809550.82426.181613781874956&type=3

Who is this boy? Clue - He was a multiple Group 1 winner in England and also sired Group1 winners Clue 2 - I am looking out the window right now at his first Southern Hemesphere winner.
