  1. Nah, plenty of car meets to go to and blast the Chevy around. Best time of year for petrol heads.
  2. Were you copying my picks Pete ?.đŸ¤Ē
  3. Whew, close call on a tough day. Well done PJ on cutting our lead back. Some much needed points keep us in the game.
  4. Yep Waterford would have put paid to Jammo,s and my opponents. Down to the wire this one.
  5. Yep, was good right from the get go. I remember him looping the field at his second or third start down South in the twinkling of an eye.
  6. R1 4-10 R2 2-3 R3 2-4 R4 1-4 R5 1-2 R6 3-9 BB R7 2-6 R8 2-3 BB R9 5-6 R10 1-6 Cheers PJ
  7. Disagree LB. I still think Self Assured will prevail as he is far more consistent, and a more rounded pacer, with tons of staying power. . Akuta has the brilliance but can get caught short at times. And in the Trot ,if he keeps his gait Bolt for Brilliance will give Muscle Mountain a fright. My smokey for the Cup would be Old Town Road, just hope he gets a smother and a last go at them. Will be following the Sweet Lou's as well .
  8. Jack might be able to write himself into history here. Solo effort, brilliant so far.
  9. Scratching Tauranga R10 No 3 Out No 8 in. Cheers. Can see plenty of carnage in the first here.
  10. Think you could make the same mistake for me PJ. 🤞
  11. So do we , hasn't helped my cause one bit. Thank goodness for Gee on 0-11, I was starting to get a complex. My rubbish bin is full of Crystal balls, worn out darts, horoscopes, crumpled form guides ,Spark bills for ringing a friend, and bandages from the end of my fingers from pointing too much, not to mention the constant headache every Sat. 😖
  12. Yep agree, with 5 mins left a box kick gave it back to them and we were under the pump defending for 38 phases. All they had to do was wind the clock down by keeping it in the forwards for as long as they could. Wouldn't we all, the pinnacle, thrashing the Poms in a Final. Bring it on
  13. Thought you were Australian. ? Thanks for the support, see if you can convince more of your compatriots to support us in the future now that Aussie Rugby has officially died . R.I.P. 🧑‍⚕ī¸ . đŸ¤Ŗ
  14. Frankly he is a narcissistic arrogant prick with nothing to offer. Have a look at their Manifesto. In your dreams Winston, make a noise like a bee and buzz off, and do NZ a favour.
  15. Surely or hopefully the special votes which normally favour Labour would be the complete opposite this time , mainly due to those overseas who were stopped from coming home, and those that left disgruntled having an axe to grind in retaliation to Labours draconian lockdowns. I hope so.
  16. One for the ages that was. A couple of poor defensive lapses in the first half let the Irish back into it, but boy that D in the second half towards the last 10 mins was superb. Argentina won't live with that if they reproduce that form. I was at the RSA with about 50 others and the room was silent in those last 5 minutes. Edge of the seat stuff, and it erupted when we won the last breakdown, a deafening roar and clapping. Who would have thought. Kinda glad Fozzie has something to remember his tenure by and not an early exit.
  17. Please uphold the protest, please ,pretty please.🤞
  18. Im getting a very sore bum stuck in this Zero, I gotta tell yah. 🛩ī¸
  19. R1 10-11 R2 4-11 R3 3-7 BB R4 1-10 R5 10-11 R6 3-4 R7 7-9 R8 1-3 R9 5-9 R10 1-2 BB Thnx PJ
  20. Watched the replay. I would have been screaming for Coney Island Lou, gritty little horse and way over the odds, and that was as good as it gets for a sheer speed burn for the first quarter, dear me. Jolimont is part owned by Tommy Heptinstall, the owner of the syndicate that my son in law trained TB,s for, and had Tavistock, and other group 1 winners. When Tommy told Andrew (my son in law) he was interested in buying a pacer ,I immediately suggested a Sweet Lou and Andy knew Arna Donnelly who trained just down the road when he was at his Cambridge establishment . At least someone listened to my advice. The Sweet Lou's have speed to burn , and is one of the boom sires.
  21. Cant watch anything, apart from replays on HRNZ, TAB has been off the air for the past few hours.
  22. I have followed him through the grades actually, and he is up to the big time but needs a sit as he has a lethal finish. Too much work seems to blunt the finish. Nice horse though.
