ROUND 2 - Saturday Mar 20

A special thanks to Maria, Max and Pete for stepping up to do the updates on Saturday as I will be at Rosehill hoping for a miracle result with Mallory or at least a Snitzel/Shalaa result with either Shaquero or Four Moves Ahead.

Last weekend P.J. my TAB account was down to $11.At the behest of the Racenet tipping group I stuck $10 on Shaquero's nose($9.50) With the winnings I took

4 sport bets  which all came in taking my account to over $380. Shaquero will forever be one of my favourite horses regardless of what he does in the future🤩

He's a chance again this week Graeme, but with 80% rain expected Thursday AND Friday and 100% including thunderstorms predicted for Saturday it just might be too wet

With the forecast being rather ordinary PJ........................ do you think the meeting will go ahead or will it be put back a day or so.

Public Holiday down my way Monday what a treat that would be!!

I think it may still go ahead which would surprise many. Alternatives are Sunday (Muswellbrook/Bairnsdale/Bunbury) or Wednesday (Warwick Farm/Sandown) or 5 early Oz races next Saturday

and Bairnsdale:

The Bairnsdale Racecourse is nestled in Victoria's diverse Gippsland region 290kms east of Melbourne. A day at the Bairnsdale Racecourse lets visitors take in the offerings of a town that has the vibrancy of busy agricultural industries yet the peaceful atmosphere of a historical location on the banks of the Mitchell River.

The course proper has a maximum distance of 1800m, three turns and a 280m long straight to the winning post. Bairnsdale Racecourse provides punters with comfortable setting in which to watch racing action with its uninhibited open spaces, perfect for a marquee or a just a pleasurable picnic on the lawns.

Plenty of life is breathed into this quiet location in October of each year for the running of The Bairnsdale Cup.

Beautiful area just down from Lakes Entrance, with heaps of boating and fishing.
