Good luck to all entering the pick the Trifecta Grand Final Quiz.

( 70 points is possible if you pick both Trifecta's (in correct order please) sorry no boxes of selections.

Points scored to date, with Robert powering to the lead on points scored in the 'heats' on the INTERDOMINION 2021 thread, are ...........

( DoubleR (robert) 22 pts, Blackie 20 pts, Enteebee  19 pts ,  Karrots  9 pts, Globe Derby 6 pts , Josias  4 pts, PWJ  2 pts and Craigos 1 pt)

so new entrants will have to nail a trifecta to head these clever pundits off.

ENTRIES received so far (here or on the Interdominion thread)  ........................

Lightning Blue       Pacers GF  11 - 14 - 10    and    Trotters GF      6 - 14 - 7

Blackie                  Pacers GF   11 - 1 - 9      and      Trotters GF      7 - 6 - 2

Double R (Robert) Pacers GF  1 - 11 - 9     and      Trotters  GF      6 - 7 - 12

Karrots                     Pacers GF  5 - 11 - 1    and      Trotters GF      2 - 7 - 12   Majestic Man for Nz selected there by Karrots. best of luck.

Enteebee has his selections in (good luck mate) , and going for the NZ trained runner MAJESTIC MAN,  to be driven by one of the best NZ drivers ever Mr Anthony Butt

ANYONE needing some 'NZ Patriotism' for their selections could consider NZ owned runners TRIPLE EIGHT, ALTA ORLANDO (raced by Nz 's leading harness trainers Robert and John Dunn) and SPIRIT OF ST LOUIS ( and Karrots is remaining loyal to that one)

Very young Nz lad Jack Trainor (now based NSW)  is training and driving BALRAJ in the pacing Final.

Double R (and myself) have selected the veteran ex-pat NZ Trainer Richard Brosnan (now 72) to win the Interdominion Trot with MAORI LAW .

Can you believe it's been more than 40 years since he stormed to the Trot victory at Addington with NO RESPONSE that excited the whole nation?? incredible.

Well jammed in between the 2 Grand Finals is the Interdominion Pacing consolation.

Tipping THE BLACK PRINCE as a great value runner for all you nice kiwi folk, after his 3 good Heat runs.

The Black Prince 'just missed' being in the final by 1/2 head when 'Triple Eight' nabbed 3rd  from him, right on the finish line last start, behind King Of Swing.

To be honest MM ate most of these for breakfast when last in Aussie. The only niggling doubt is his recovery from a slight lung infection and the distance.

At nearly 6xes is well worth a punt.

The grand kiwi horseman Richard Brosnan becomes a double INTERDOMINION trot training winner!!!  with a fantastic win to MAORI LAW. (the Law won lol)

Congrats to the winning owners, a great drive by Greg Sugars (the Aus driver equal of Anthony Butt) and winning trainers Richard and Emmett !!!

MAORI LAW Well picked winner on the RACE PLACE with Robert , PWJ,  TrotsLover, Lightning Blue all picking up 5 points ,

but all missing the Exacta that paid $30 sadly.

I can understand no Interdominion broadcast on Free to Air TV in NZ in the middle of the night.

But it's only 8.30 to 9.30 East Australia and 50 tv channels ( 2 channels broadcast 50 gallops races from 5 tracks today) and we CANNOT

get Two Harness races ( the feature of the nations in harness racing broadcast free to air )  that is so poor it makes me so annoyed lol.

Thousands of gallops races broadcast per year , 0 trots and Paces , not even a Miracle Mile at a $million dollars. Back to Sky Channel then.

Well it's a protest in the Pacers Final. Moran cutting the trailing horses run off up the home straight , and then came back out near the line as well. crazy stuff.

Was good driving by MORAN as would of got beaten for sure if he didn't do what he did in home run. Got to the post first as it was .........

Belinda McCarthy is literally giving evidence at this moment, and is saying she doesn't believe the run was there for BoncelBenjemin !!! hahahahaha what a waste of time asking the winning trainer.      Hahahaha What is she NOT gunna say. this ?? " Oh I think he cut him off sir" hahahahaha .

SO we are Paying the 'RacePLace' Points Win or Lose to EXPENSIVE EGO as got to the post in first place anyway.

DOUBLE R has selected both INTERDOMINION Grand Final Winners and easily takes the Quiz win with 32 points. !!!!!!!

and is the New RACE PLACE INTERDOMINION Champion. !!!!!

Well done Robert !!!!!!!!  you were brilliant throughout .

Congrats to Majestic Mans Kiwi connections with his fighting 2nd & congrats to winner Maori Laws connections.

Great effort considering he had health issues mid series. Go DR picking both winners & taking out the Interdom Race Place Comp 😃

Yes thought there would be a reversal 1st verse 2nd in pace. Congrats to connections of pacing winner Boncel Benjamin.

Excellent work Enteebee , You are definitely ''three times lucky'' to be placed in the great race that most can only dream about  and wishing many more places and/or wins  to come in future Interdominions.

Great driving by Anthony Butt on Majestic Man there for Nz. and Greg Sugars driving proactively too gets a 2nd career Trot win for Richard Brosnan training.

The Pacing Final won by a junior driver ! Joshua Gallagher (22) setting the trend of young drivers getting established that has been happening in Aus past few seasons.

The 2021 Interdominion Pacing final had 3 Junior drivers. The winner Boncel Benjamin won a Group 3 not long ago with Cam Hart (just 20 yearsold) driving as well.

AND you could of bought BONCEL BENJAMIN to race ourselves???. He raced in Several CLAIMing races this year !!! whata hoot.

wow . what a story !!! Running near last in a Bendigo Claimer in July >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>  then several Group 3 placings and the Ultimate win 3 months later .!!

Love your work Mr Jason Grimson . (trainer) Have been saying all year, how well this young chap is doing. Now at the Top of 'Everest' already. Big party his place.

Yip & horses (trotters & pacer finalists) were all in retention barn too, as per DR investigation findings.

Just looking at Menangle results and 2 young kiwi Lads won the 2 Interdominion Consolations. !!!

Ex-pat kiwis now BIGTIME Trainers Jack Trainor and Trent Lethaby  (both about 25 years old I think.)

Both in their first year or 2 training in Australia. Jack Trainor with 70 wins from 300 starts this season NSW and now an Interdominion consolation winner already.

Trent Lethaby giving new home Queensland a Win !! driven by his girlfriend and co-owner Taleah McMullen (22)  , RED CASTLETON took the FFA trot !!!! fantastic .

Taleah still a Junior driver too at 22 years old, and from a great family including Australias Leading Driver her brother Pete who got to 300 wins for the year last night.

I'm so excited to see all these youngsters doing quite well !!!!!!!!!!!!   It Makes the future of harness racing Rock solid.
