1 ANIMAL KINGDOM (4th)

$961.80

4 DYNAMITE (1st)

$1291.60

Parsifal gave Dynamite a big fright in the last when he hit the front at the 200 but Zoutori saved the leaders' bacon and was successfully tipped by AK's MVP Moose as well as Stevie N (also with a BB), Ian and Junior. Junior just edged Rocky for Man of the Match honours with Dynamite adding a bonus point for the 4-1 margin.

120.00 Maximus

228.80 Ziggy

343.20 Moose

130.60 Stevie N

2 DYNAMITE (2nd)

$965.40

3 ANIMAL KINGDOM (3rd)

$1409.60

AK held on after The Bostonian couldn't reel in the first two. Heather, Graeme and Moose got the final winner for Animal Kingdom and got them past the team profit mark while Rocky (with a Q), Ian (with a BB) and Junior scored the final $$ for Dynamite. Ziggy was Dynamite's MVP while "dog bite Rob" was clearly on some good drugs as Man of the Match

239.80 Stevie N

655.00 Rob

136.60 Ian

291.00 Heather

54.60 Junior Mac

ROUND 5 - Sep 14

5 UNDER THE RADAR (2nd)

$1178.20

0 FIVE-O (3rd)

$794.80

Everyone missed in the last although the runner-up would have reduced UTR's margin to just 3-2 as Hesi and Virgil would have beaten Tom and PJ respectively. Good effort again team UTR with back-to-back 5-zip wins ! Virgil was Five-O MVP and unlucky to draw Man of the Match PJ who nailed 6 winners as did Pete. Under The Radar took two additional bonus points for the 5-0 margin.

261.00 Sharne

220.40 Punter Pete

317.60 Pete

88.00 Craig

357.60 PJ

327.80 Virgil

101.00 Tom

75.00 Hesi

141.00 Wrinkles

83.60 John

ROUND 12 - Oct 26

2 UNDER THE RADAR (1st)

$1127.00

1 point

3 FIVE-O (5th)

$1113.40

2 points

The favourite delivered for John in the last getting him up to defeat Sharne and secure the win for Five-O - well done guys. The other 4 Five-Os also found the final winner with Virgil, Craig and Punter Pete adding BBs with only Pete and PJ replying for UTR who nevertheless took a bonus point for a slightly higher aggregate. Craig was a clear MVP for the victors while PJ was Man of the Match.

112.00 Pete

488.40 Craig

185.00 Sharne

203.00 John

691.00 PJ

153.00 Punter Pete

THE MOST MAGNIFICENT 1
4454.40 Ashoka (La Bodega)

Tremendous performance by Ashoka over the 14 Rounds. His prize (the Cambridge Stud branded rugby jersey) hath been dispatched by the ever-efficient workers at
Mustelid Promotions (Unlimited), a shadowy division of Mustelid Media, itself a subsidiary of the almost-global and even more mysterious Mustelid PR.

I presume MUSTELID PR has one of these systems ??

In the wee hours of the morning hardly a breath of wind team DYNAMITE snuck into Animal Kingdom headquarters and “BOOM “ there they were practicing discussing even singing what dirty tactics they were about to enforce

We could hear it.....it went something like this

A win away

A win away

A win away

A win away

Obviously a win away from the Grand Final they were singing hear listen for yourself

We thought we had heard it all

But no we were wrong there was more to come a cunning plan so evil Animal Kingdom had prepared another little tune which they had prepared to sing to team Dynamite to try and lure us Gentlemen and Stevie N into a false sense of security

Well little chippers you may well or may not be well aware November the 5th has just passed and we’re ready armed and dangerous

And my memory is Max is Simon (going to the fair)
