Thanks Robert for the match , over the years when playing each other , you must have a 80% win record over me.

I know now how Suryakumar Yadav must feel!!!!!!

mate , last time you played our team , you had the Wellington Cup winner at 50-1 odd, and gave us a horrible flogging. Glad you have seen the error of your ways and remedied the situation !!!😂😉

Round 11 - Saturday Mar 25

Comp Race 10 - Rosehill R8

1st - 5 Arapaho W-$13.40

2nd - 14 Montefilia Q-$28.70

Scr: 12,13

3 REAPERS (1st)

$940.40

2 points

2 KELLY'S HEROES (2nd)

$703.80

0 points

Neither of the hopes for Kelly's Heroes could get into the finish so The Reapers held on for a narrow win. No one tipped the final winner. Tom was Man of the Match for the victors just edging Heroes' MVP top cat Jamison. No bonus points were earned.

296 Tom

145.20 Gordy

168 Moose

0 Roland

238.40 Tassie Tiger

291.40 Jamison

67 Wrinkles

3 DREAM TEAM (3rd)

$1037.20

2 points

2 DESPERADOS (5th)

$888.60

0 points

King Frankel and Knight's Order turning for home in front gave the Dream Team a few anxious moments and while the former fought well neither could maintain their runs so The Dream Team held on to win. No one found the Baker bolter and no bonus points were earned. Ziggy, for the Dream Team, was Man of the Match with Sharne edging Mike for Desperados' MVP honours. Hope Rex is okay.

266.40 PJ

4 BELIEVERS (9th)

$1076.20

3 points

1 COYOTES (4th)

$309.20

0 points

After losing the lead in the 9th race, the Coyotes could have come back to win it with Stockman, Knight's Order or Explosive Jack but none figured in the finish so The Believers not only held on to win but collected a bonus point for a 4-1 margin when Trotslover bagged a BB to maul Maria at the death. Lightning Blue also landed a BB on the King killer to secure Man of the Match honours with Maria MVP for the Coyotes. It was a fine effort for the bottom-placed Believers to score the easiest win of the day while a man down !

309 Trotslover

142.20 Maria

- Blind Squirrel

52 Ray

217.80 Robert

0 Craig

441.20 Lightning Blue

22 Rees

3 UNION JACKS (6th)

2 points

2 MAX FACTORY*** (8th)

$664.40

0 (-1 Triple Joker play) = -1 point

Bye: RAMONES (7th)

$598.40

0 points

Max Factory could have stolen it at the death with Stockman or Sir Lucan but neither yelped so their Triple Joker play ended in disaster losing a point for a nil return. No one tipped the final winner. Tonka - with 6 winners - was Man of the Match while Rob edged Harewood for Factory MVP honours. No bonus points were earned. The Ramones all missed in the last and finished 3rd on aggregate with Richie their MVP.

93.40 Geoff

Table after Round 11

The Reapers' win today enabled them to extend their lead from 3 to 5 points at the top of the table. The Dreamers closed within a point of 2nd placed Kelly's Heroes after their win while The Coyotes remain 4th despite defeat and still lead the Desperados on aggregate. The Union Jacks won but remain 6th but have tripled their advantage over the Ramones who got nothing from their Bye round. The big news came at the foot of the table where the most unlikely win from the Believers carried them out of the cellar and ahead of the Max Factory crew helped by the latter's failed Triple Joker play.

1st 33 Reapers $12,907.20

2nd 28 Kelly's Heroes $13,209.60

3rd 27 Dream Team $11,697.40

4th 20 Coyotes $13,978.60

5th 20 Desperados $11,071.60

6th 15 Union Jacks $12,027.80

7th 12 Ramones $11,397.00

8th 7 Believers $11,091.00

9th 7 Max Factory $9242.00

Yep I did look at it. Bloused me today LB, dismal day for the whole team. :classic_blink:

well after a 5-0 win last week and Well over $2000 earned by the Coyotes , was always gunna be hard to beat/match that again.  Maria (what a great team mate she is too , as was lucky enough to play a team with her recently elsewhere) always tough to beat  , so TrotsLover had to pull out All the stops to head her off very late on today.

Coyotes will be back in the Winner's circle real soon No Doubt.

meanwhile we at the 'Believers' have moved up to 'Factory' Level 😂 doing the hard yards at floor level 😄
