The Coyotes' two hopes never yelped in the last so the table leaders ran out comfortable winners With Jamison (with a BB), Gordy and Gary making their final collects on the Waller winner. The victors took a bonus point for the margin while the Coyotes suffered a one point deduction for an unsuccessful Triple Joker play. Captain Roland was Man of the Match for The Heroes while Graeme - the sole Coyote to win a HTH - was their MVP.

The Believers had it won before the last where Smiler & LB made their final collects and while the Reapers couldn't win it by that point they still did some damage with Antz snagging a quinella to come back and roll Robert with Hesi (with a beaut BB quinella) and Moose also scoring. Antz's late win denied the Believers a bonus point for a 4-1 margin. Tom edged Hesi for Reaper MVP honours while Blind Squirrel was Man of the Match with Smiler also impressive with 7 winners.

The last race miracle happened for the Ramones with the Waller winner tipped by Steve P (with a BB) to pounce on Pam and Richie - also with a BB - to hoon past Harewood and secure the win with Mardy & Jase also scoring. Max Factory - for whom Max (with a BB) and Pam scored in the last - can console themselves with points for a supeior aggregate and a team profit secured at the death. Both sides played their regular Joker doubling their points haul. The Desperados has a big day and all of them bar Rex labelled the final winner with Sharne adding a beaut BB quinella. They took two points for the highest aggregate and another for a team profit, showing everyone else how to get the max from a Bye round. Rex - picks by Sharne - was the Desperados' MVP,

Kelly's Heroes' win today allowed them to open up a 5 point lead at the top with nearest rivals - The Reapers - going down without taking a point. The Dream Team made a successful Joker play which moved them up a place to 3rd displacing The Desperados who took maximum points from their Bye round, nevertheless. The Coyotes' unsuccessful Joker play didn't cost them a place but a 6 point gap now lies between them and the top quartet that was only two point this morning. The Union Jacks remain 6th despite a loss while The Ramones late, late win gained them a place as they climbed over the Believers despite the latter winning. Max factory picked up 4 points from their Joker play, despite losing, but remain in the cellar.
