The massive turnaround in the penultimate race sealed the win for the Joker-playing Desperados against the luckless Believers who had dominated for much of the day and only had a consolation point for a team profit to show. Everyone tipped Anamoe with BBs added by Trotslover, Blind Squirrel & Mike. Moaning Maurice ended the day as a deserving Man of the Match accomplishing the rare feat of tipping every winner with a couple of quinellas thrown in - well done Mr 'Naki ! His unlucky opponent Smiler was Belivers' MVP. The Desperados banked bonus points for a team profit and 4-11 margin, doubled with the Joker play.

The JMac winner tipped by Coyotes Craig (with a BB) and Maria while for The Ramones Richie (also with a BB) plus Mardy & Sarah ended the day on a winning note. The Ramones led for a few races but The Coyotes finished off solidly in Oz to take the win. No bonus points were earned and the Ramones Joker-play proved fruitless. Maria was Match Star for the victors while Jason took Ramones' MVP honours. IIt was a disastrous day at The Factory with only Pam nailing the final winner as they straggled home a distant 3rd in the aggregates. Pam & Harewood shared MVP honours

Defeat for Kelly's Heroes only saw their lead cut from three points to two while the Desperados were the day's big movers gaining 3 places from a successful Joker-play resulting in a successful late "smash and grab" despite trailing 4-1 with two races remaining. The Dream Team enjoyed a successful Triple Joker play but just held station in 3rd at the end of the day although their victims - The Reapers - tumbled two spots. The Union Jacks won but lost a place (??!!) while the Coyotes won but remain 6th although they still hang on to both Jokers. Max Factory had the bye but held 7th while The Ramones blew a Joker in defeat but stay 8th with the Believers trailing the field but at least no longer in negative points.
