Hi Peter, I've been flat out the last 3 days, so have lost track of where we are at.  I think I am eliminated, and that a Plate is being run for those eliminated.  If that is so, should I, and those others eliminated, also post our selections on this thread.

Thanks and apologies for being a bit thick this week.........Xmas stuff etc etc

Hesi, I think everyone should still post selections for the primary comp (the "13 days" comp) regardless of what's happening on the knockout side of things.

Mind you the way you're going in the 13 days comp, perhaps you'd be better to put your feet up and start enjoying the Christmas festivities! 😊

Just think of me as a class stayer resuming in a 1200m sprint, just 80% fit, a common occurrence in NZ racing apparently:classic_smile:

Either that, or I'm ready for the knackers yard

Only 6 races but the same number of Comp pts up for grabs...what to do? Bank on a wuffie to win a wace or two and be home for the tea money ?

Or play it safe(r) and hope a small total is enough to get among the points? Thank goodness I had the sultry Mrs W in attendance tonite; she used a knitting needle to quickly pick a winner or two, and had the cheek to say it took her "as long to do that business as it takes me to do the other" ... Women! We'd be lost without 'em here in the Land of the Mustelid.

MM

R1           3,8

R2           7,8

R3           3,6

R4           3,8 BB

R5           4,6

R6           1.9 BB
