After a titanic battle the Highlanders have defeated a gallant Turbo team - well played you cart-pulling champs!

Commiserations to my lads - the captain was absolute shite today (just listening to John Allen's irish brogue and caught the bug).

Never to mind we will be back, bigger, badder and bolder - you have been warned 😜

Well done, PJ .....on my rough calculation your Icebath BB has you nailing me by about $4 !
A crucial $4 for the Ferdies...with you proving to be their 'Man of the Hour'.
Good match, close finish, worthy winners PJ and the Ferdies.
On ward & upward for the Mighty Blues ....there's always next week ....new opponent ...new challenge. 🙂

Places Stand !!

I dunno, it's probably just me, but it's always been my take that in Australia (unlike in NZ) you've really got to give something the 'bash' in order to get a result reversed. A brief "touch-up" won't cut it. Even with as good a debater as Craig Williams, and the winning margin being small. And the ultimate decision seems to bear that out.

Thanks Blind Squirrel & your teammates for the match , a tough battle till the last.

Well done team Highlanders for sneaking a win but alas not enough bonus points for us.

Many thanks PJ but today I'm more worried about our warrior Rex , hope your health improves me mate , Kia Kaha .

Cheers All.

Hey hang on a minute Peter.. inquiry!!  how come I haven't drawn Geoff 😄 .. I always draw Geoff!

Yeah!
First we get Blackadder’d by the boss and then he changes our monthly match!
Still I see I have drawn the Red Baron this week, do should be a good match.

Thanks for the match yesterday Maria and the Swampies.  Too good for us.  Never mind onto next week Pies, we still have a joker and black adder to play.

Thanks again PJ for the effort you put in running these comps for the enjoyment of others
