We kick off September in West Auckland where 4 maiden contests with a Rating 60 thrown in for good measure shall test our intrepid tipsters. Lots of form to sift through and top stables and jocks to adorn the day. A good opportunity for someone to make a statement for the Sep comp.

Gary was the January Champion, Rob our February Champ and Gordy the Top Dog for March and May while Hesi triumphed in April. Tassie Tiger qualified in May and Graeme was the King of June while Pete qualified in July and Ian in August. Who will be the September Queen or King?

Yes they might, OM. If he's good enough for the Guineas he should be able to overcome the draw. If I owned him I would be more worried about the state of the going
