CHRISTMAS CUP Knockout Format

The Final 6 Rounds in the Christmas Comp will also feature the Christmas Cup which is a knockout comp within a comp.

The same selections and resulting scores used for the Christmas Comp will apply.

Round 7 - Riccarton Fri Dec 6 - will be a seeding round. The top 20 scorers that day will automatically qualify for the Final 32 to compete for the Cup.

The remainder will need to compete in head-to-head playoffs in the next round the following day - Sat Dec 7 Trentham. The draw for this will be put up Friday night based on all Friday's participants who didn't finish in the top 20 that day at Riccarton.

There will be 12 head-to-head contests, the winners of which will proceed to the Cup competition proper beginning the following round - Thu Dec 12 @ Ellerslie.

If more than 44 compete at Riccarton on Round 7 then one or two head-to-heads the next day will involve 3 players.

The draws for all rounds will be random.

The final two players left after Ellerslie Dec 15 (Round 12) will compete in the Grand Final on Dec 21 at Awapuni
