Lightning Blue
Great work there with spotting up TACTICIAN and he did win a 2mile Interdominion at Auckland off 18yards, defeating the mighty Johnny Globe off his huge 48yard handicap. At Addington 1957, TACTICIAN was the first horse in Nz or Aus to Win a registered Race breaking the 2.00 minute Mile . (quite a few more followed lol) a tremendous honour for him . They had some sort of run-up start !!!! lol.. Tactician beat False Step by a nose in 1.59.8 The seven horses that had broken 2.00 mile previously to that day, were ALL in Time Trials. They were Highland Fling, Haughty, Gold Bar, Ribands, Johnny Globe , Avian Derby who was the first in Oz, and Lawn Derby (the first 2.00 min horse in Nz .) Lightning Blue
Well to 'T' out for the day, was great to see Robert had nominated TACTILE ,a rival of Cardigan Bay all over Nz and Oz , and able to take home a total of 5 Derbies for Robert Cameron. And some great NZ Cup winners too like Trusty Scot, True Averil and throw in THUNDER for Cecil Devine , a member of his Grand 6 Cup wins, and Thunder beat champ 'Caduceus' in the Cup by 6 lengths too , so that is a pretty Big Win ? The TERROR loved by everyone with his 3 NZ Cup wins , so nice to finish with a nice photo of the little champ . Terror To Love.

Lightning Blue
With the 'UV' index high today , we'll do 'V' for Victory as well. 'Ultimate Sniper' winning the Auckland Interdominion must be the cream of the crop for 'U'. His Stablemate seen here at Alabar Farm, 'Vincent' must of retired young , but could run a 1.50 mile. What a magnificent looking horse he is ..
