In my defence I should point out that after a stressful day at the sales trying to bend the ears of Waterhouse, Galletta etc while keeping one eye on the rehab Ferdies, I followed it up with a mind blowing full oil one hour Thai massage and some outrageously good Quesadillas and a couple of Coronas at Parramatta’ stop Mexican hangout. LOL. Crew-sadists stuffed up even worser losing to the lowly-ranked Chieftains who had failed to trouble the scorers for a while. The next two weeks will be interesting and the KKs will have to have all claws sharpened and hope for a few other results to go their way to make the playoffs. Not often though. I'll concede that. 😁 She'll need some Sharne and Jen 'super-sparkle' in the long road home, surely ... and then some ! If we brought on our bench next Saturday would that help ? Roland's been working very hard nabbing handy longshots week after week to keep Mighty Blues at the forefront of the leaderboard. Maybe he's due one of those sabbaticals like Beaudy is on ? The wind will drop to Zero, the crew, tripping over each other to pull in the mainsail.
