LUCKY SEVEN Round 10 (FINAL) - Sat July 22

We are seeking our 10th and last Grand Finalist with a four meeting spread (to guard against abandonments). A 6 horse open sprint at Gate Pa should enable everyone to get a trifecta or at least a quinella under their belt (or maybe lose a life) before we head down the Awakino Gorge to Pukekura Raceway where a quality and even winter sprint field awaits. Then a quick dash to Melbourne for a tricky 8 horse staying contest (scratchings could make this a two divvy affair also) before it's back to the 'Naki for a couple of interesting Rating 75 races which could yield a big price or two. 

Then we're Sydney-bound for a wide open Listed race and we end the program with the day's big race at Rosehill at WFA with some familiar faces in the get out Bletchingly Stakes.

Just a note that next week in addition to the Grand Final, the non-qualifiers can compete for a Presidents showdown to see who is best of the rest. If we have a no-show then from a qualified competitor, the runner-up this Saturday will take their place. Good luck everyone !

6. Rosehill R8 - 5.25pm - Toyota Forklifts Winter Challenge (LR) - $160k, 1500m, qlty hdcp

7. Caulfield R8 - 6.20pm - The Big Screen Company Bletchingly Stks (Gr3) - $200k, 1200m, WFA
